What they accept
Decomposed is a Mythmount Press anthology on the theme of decomposition — things breaking down, unraveling, and rotting, with something new sometimes emerging — with fantasy at its core and genre bending encouraged across horror, science fiction, weird fiction, and other modes. It takes one previously unpublished prose story of 2,000 to 5,000 words per writer, with no submission fee, and pays $0.05 USD per word. Decisions are due by January 15, 2027, and publication is planned for October 2027.
