What they accept
Sinister Wisdom is a multicultural lesbian literary journal, founded in 1976, that publishes only lesbians' work. Its general submissions are always open and take two short stories or essays, or one longer piece of up to 5,000 words, through Submittable. Contributors receive a copy of the issue in which their work appears and a one-year subscription, and rights revert to the author on publication.
Literary
- AI policy
- All works submitted to Sinister Wisdom must be created entirely by humans; the journal does not publish work that uses artificial intelligence in its generation and expects submitters not to have used AI for researching, writing, creating, or editing.
