What they accept
The Worcester Review is open for Volume 47 through August 16, 2027, and takes one literary fiction story of up to 3,000 words, or up to three flash pieces totalling no more than 1,200 words, for a $4 Submittable fee that is waived for BIPOC writers. Previously published work is not accepted, simultaneous submissions are encouraged, and responses range from two weeks to four months. It pays a small honorarium by PayPal — $20 per writer in recent years — plus a copy of the issue.
