What they accept
Wyvern is a magazine of sword-and-sorcery fiction — heroic fantasy crossed with horror, in the tradition of Robert E. Howard — open for Issue 0 until November 6, 2026 and for Issue 1 until January 1, 2027, or until the issues fill. Fiction runs 1,000 to 12,000 words and pays one cent per word capped at $50, with no currency named on the page; reprints are bought separately for the magazine's website pages at a flat $10.
