What they accept
FlashFlood is an international flash-fiction journal run by volunteer editors as a sister project of National Flash Fiction Day, which posts a flood of new flashes across the day each June. It takes up to three pieces of no more than 300 words each, including previously published work from 2022 or earlier, reads submissions anonymously, and pays nothing while keeping submissions free; the next window runs from April 18 to April 24, 2027.
