What they accept
Southword, the Munster Literature Centre's journal of new international writing, opens unsolicited short fiction submissions from February 1 to February 28, taking one short story of up to 5,000 words per submission period. It pays contributors €300 per short story, and its Submittable limit of 1,000 submissions per month means the submission link may close automatically before the end of February if the limit is reached.
