The Smitten Land Anthology is a religious and biblical horror anthology — corrupt preachers, monstrous angels, cults, and devils — with queer stories especially wanted, planned for publication in late March 2027. It takes stories of 2,000 to 10,000 words (stated as not a hard limit) from July 1 to December 31, 2026, with the deadline extended to January 9, 2027 for queer, disabled, and BIPOC writers. New work pays $10 flat plus a contributor's copy and reprints from prior Smitten Land contributors pay $5 plus a copy; the page does not name the currency.
