What they accept
Art is Horror is a horror anthology in Flame Tree's Beyond & Within series, edited by Johnny Mains, seeking original stories in which art, obsession, and creation become terrifying. Story length is most likely to be successful at 2,000 to 4,000 words, with stories slightly outside that range still read. Submissions close November 15, 2026, and accepted stories pay 8 cents per word.
