Alfred Hitchcock’s Mystery Magazine

Alfred Hitchcock's Mystery Magazine buys mystery stories about a crime or the threat or fear of one, including detection, police procedurals, private-eye tales, suspense, courtroom dramas, and espionage. It prefers stories not longer than 12,000 words that have not been previously published, and revised versions should be submitted only on request. Simultaneous submissions are accepted with immediate notification if a story is accepted elsewhere, but the same story must not be submitted simultaneously to Ellery Queen's Mystery Magazine.
